This hands-on role oversees a program that connects with high school boys through education, sport, mentoring, wellbeing and employment pathways.
As a leader, mentor, and role model, you’ll build trusted relationships with students, schools, families, and community partners - empowering young men to grow and succeed academically, socially, and personally.

Proven leadership experience in youth, education, or community programs (experience in regional or remote communities is a plus).
A genuine role model who inspires trust and respect.
Strong organisation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Passion for sport, youth development, and creating positive change.
Active, energetic, and up for the challenge of working across diverse communities.
Background in education, sports coaching, youth work, or community development highly valued.
Why You’ll Love It
Be part of something life-changing.
Supportive, team-driven culture with a strong sense of purpose.
Professional development and clear career progression opportunities.
Competitive salary + salary packaging benefits.
12 weeks paid leave.
