Senior Cabinet Vision & Project Coordinator

• Create detailed manufacturing and production documentation for custom cabinetry projects.

• Develop and maintain Cabinet Vision drawings, reports and production outputs.

• Generate CNC-ready manufacturing data and machine files.

• Review project designs for buildability, accuracy and production efficiency.

• Coordinate project workflows, schedules and production requirements.

• Liaise with designers, suppliers, trades and installation teams throughout project delivery.

• Assist with procurement and material planning activities.

• Maintain quality control standards and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and production processes.

• Provide technical support and problem-solving across multiple projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience within custom cabinetry or high-end residential joinery.

• Advanced Cabinet Vision proficiency (essential).

• Strong understanding of cabinetry construction techniques and manufacturing processes.

• Experience producing detailed manufacturing documentation for premium residential projects.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Experience in CNC manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of premium hardware systems such as Hettich, Blum or similar.

• Experience across kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms and whole-home joinery.

• Understanding of procurement, scheduling and project coordination.
