🎯 About the Role

You will work closely with the Centre Director to:

• Support daily centre operations and staffing

• Mentor and guide educators

• Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements

• Support programming, documentation, and quality practice

• Contribute to the QIP and continuous improvement

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and educators

• Step into the Centre Director's responsibilities when required

🌟 About You

You will have:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher

• Previous leadership experience, or be ready to step into leadership

• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, NQF, and compliance

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A positive, proactive, and team-focused approach

• A genuine passion for supporting children and developing educators
