Our dedicated team of professionals takes pride in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces for private estates, local councils, and commercial properties. We are looking for hands-on, hardworking landscape maintenance labourers to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional results.

Your Role:
As a landscape maintenance labourer, you'll be responsible for maintaining a variety of private and public landscapes across Perth. You will be working in all aspects of garden maintenance, including weeding, hedging, mulching, lawn mowing, pruning, fertilising, litter clean up, sweeping, and replacement planting. You'll work with a dedicated team, contributing to the continued success and growth of ELM WA.

What We Offer:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and industry qualifications ($32.00–$37.00 per hour)

• Consistent work (with the ability to progress to full time for the right people), 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends!)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Driver's license (necessary)

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and enjoy working outdoors

• Valid work visa required - candidates with appropriate Australian work rights will be considered
