About the role

As a Customer Service Specialist at Spartan Double Glazing PTY LTD', you'll be the voice of our company, delivering exceptional customer care and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues

• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
