About the role
Band 4 – Salary from $102,958 + Super
TasNetworks is seeking a detail‑driven and highly organised Facilities Compliance Advisor to support the safe, compliant and efficient operation of our critical infrastructure environments. In this role, you will lead the development, documentation and continuous improvement of business processes that underpin compliance across facilities, substations and data centres. Our requirements within the Security of Critical Infrastructure will be growing and this role will grow with those changes.
Working closely with the Facilities Team Leader and stakeholders across operational, risk, compliance and regulatory functions, you will ensure our processes are clear, consistent, audit‑ready and aligned with organisational and legislative requirements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, stakeholder engagement and enabling operational teams through high‑quality documentation and process governance.
What you’ll do
You are a structured, analytical and proactive professional with strong experience in process improvement, business analysis or governance within a regulated or complex operational environment. You bring clarity to ambiguity, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and take pride in producing high‑quality documentation that enables compliance and operational excellence.
