Who we're looking forExperienced and mid-level analysts who can operate end to end: discovery, stakeholder engagement, requirements, process mapping, functional definition, delivery support and implementation readiness.Titles vary. Capability matters more. Whether you call yourself a Business Analyst, Technical BA, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, Agile BA - or something in between - we want to hear from you.
Core capabilitiesStakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation across business and technical groupsRequirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and prioritisationWriting requirements as user stories with well-defined acceptance criteriaBusiness process mapping, current and future state, improvement and re-engineeringTranslating business need into functional and technical specificationsCreating visuals that communicate ideas, requirements and designs - process models, context diagrams, storyboards, wireframesComfortable in agile, plan-driven and hybrid deliverySupporting testing through to implementationClear communication and the ability to make complex things simpleWorking independently in ambiguity, and shaping solutions rather than just documenting them

Engagement arrangementsContract (PAYG or through your own entity) and max-term contract.
