Service/Scheduling Assistant (Transport & Social Support)

In this role you will:

• Assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients. 
• Assist with rostering a staff of employees and volunteers.
• Assist with outing activities as required.
• Ensure that current client information is maintained.
• Uphold client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks.
• Attend to enquiries and client contacts regarding their services. 

What you will need:

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded. 
• A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach to service provision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.
• Knowledge and understanding of Aged Care, Community Care and relevant community services will be well regarded.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Confident computer skills.
• Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance (issued within the past six months) or willingness to obtain one.
