MC Truck Driver

Great Eastern Freightlines is a family owned and operated transport company who specialise in general freight, bulk and machinery cartage, servicing the Perth and Wheatbelt region.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced MC Truck Driver to join our growing team. If you're passionate about trucking, take pride in your work, and are looking for a professional, well-supported environment with quality equipment, we want to hear from you!

Initially, we are looking for an experienced MC driver to help us cart grain during the upcoming harvest, with work centred around Merredin and the surrounding Wheatbelt areas.

Once harvest is complete, the role will transition into our broader transport operations. This will include:

• General freight cartage

• Machinery and equipment transport

• Bulk cartage (operating end-tippers and side-tippers)

• Work throughout the Perth and Wheatbelt regions

• Current MC Driver's Licence

• Current Fatigue Management Certificate (TLIF2010 Apply Fatigue Management Strategies)

• Current Commercial Driver’s Medical (Assessing Fitness to Drive Certificate)

• DG Licence (preferred but not essential)

• Previous experience with general freight and/or bulk haulage is essential

• Must be based in Merredin or Perth

• Willingness to work away from home when required

• The ability to pass random drug and alcohol screens
