About the role
We are looking for a Senior Communications & Moderation Manager to join the team in Sydney. The Social & Innovation team helps clients create and successfully orchestrate progressive, socially led campaigns, and in this role you will lead the delivery of our moderation capability, with a particular focus on Federal and NSW Government and pharmaceutical clients. You will also oversee the delivery of our live activation model for social implementation across NSW Government, including developing media plans and content calendars, setting up social creative as paid ads, and monitoring and optimising campaigns to drive strong results against client KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of social moderation projects and social implementation campaignsManage moderation and social implementation activity across Federal Government, NSW Government and pharmaceutical clients.Develop media plans and content calendars, set up social creative as paid ads, and monitor and optimise campaigns against client KPIs.Lead client meetings, WIPs and presentations, providing sentiment analysis and strategic recommendations that help clients achieve their objectives.Build trusted client relationships, proactively identify opportunities and anticipate and solve client challenges.Support the continued evolution of the team’s moderation capability, best practices and ways of working.Coach and develop junior team members across moderation, social implementation and data analysis.
About You:
4–6+ years’ experience in social media moderation and social implementation, ideally across complex, highly regulated environments such as Government and pharmaceutical clients.A proven ability to manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.Experience leading projects and developing junior team members, with the ability to manage workflows, coach others and build strong relationships across agencies and client partners.Commercial and project management experience, including managing budgets, tracking project scope and hours, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of social and moderation capabilities.
