Customer Support & Complaints Resolution–Sponsorship Visa Available if Required

Results Laser Clinic is a well-established leader in the beauty and aesthetics industry, with locations across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

We are seeking a confident and highly organised Customer Service & Resolutions Representative to join our Head Office team in North Parramatta.

This is a varied, hands-on Head Office position for someone who enjoys customer interaction but also likes being involved in different areas of the business. Your role will combine answering customer calls, managing bookings and enquiries, resolving customer concerns and complaints, responding to emails, and assisting with general Head Office administration and day-to-day office tasks.

No two days will be exactly the same.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls and providing friendly, professional customer service.

• Assisting customers with bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and general enquiries.

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.

• Managing customer resolutions, complaints and escalated matters professionally and efficiently.

• Taking ownership of customer concerns and working towards appropriate resolutions.

• Liaising with clinics, managers and other Head Office departments to resolve customer matters.

• Following up customers where required and maintaining accurate records of communications.

• Assisting with general Head Office administration and office coordination.

• Supporting the Head Office team with a variety of day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

• Helping ensure the office runs smoothly and assisting wherever required.

• Identifying recurring customer issues and providing feedback to help improve the overall customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and happy to help across the office, rather than someone who wants to perform only one specific task.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, call centres, customer resolutions, administration or a similar role.

• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.

• Confidence dealing with challenging customers and difficult conversations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach.

• The ability to multitask and manage several priorities at once.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• A professional, positive and proactive attitude.

• The willingness to assist with different Head Office responsibilities when required.

• Experience within the beauty, laser, aesthetics, medical, retail or service industry will be highly regarded.

This is a fully on-site role based at our North Parramatta Training and is not a hybrid or work-from-home position.

Applicants must have flexibility to work weekends when required, including potentially every second weekend, as part of the rotating roster.

Availability for occasional late-night Thursday shifts may also be required.

Standard weekday hours can be discussed with the successful candidate.We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Once your shift is finished, there is no expectation to take work home.
