We are seeking a dentist who shares this philosophy and takes genuine pride in the quality of their clinical work. This is a full time role that will start around November 2026

We are an established private practice serving Paynesville and the wider East Gippsland community. Our approach is based on comprehensive diagnosis, careful treatment planning, preservation of natural tooth structure and ongoing oral maintenance.

About you

We are looking for a dentist who broadly follows the principles of biomimetic restorative dentistry.

Ideally, you will:

• Practise restorative dentistry under rubber dam isolation.

• Be familiar with fourth-generation bonding protocols and the use of heated composite.

• Be comfortable with both silicone and optical impressions.

• Have undertaken structured CPD with a focus on fixed prosthodontics.

• Be proficient in clinical dental photography.

• Be willing and able to work with a dental operating microscope.

• Have strong foundations in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Take a conservative approach to preserving natural tooth structure.

• Demonstrate close attention to restorative detail and long-term outcomes.

• Have undertaken formal communication training, such as Savvy Dentist, Momentum or a comparable program.

• Value evidence-based dentistry, continuing education and clinical self-assessment.

We are not looking for every clinician to practise identically. We are looking for someone whose underlying clinical philosophy is compatible with ours and who is motivated to keep developing.
