We're recruiting for current and future Maintenance Crew Member vacancies. Your responsibilities will include:
Skills and experience:
Experience in civil construction, concrete works, drainage, or similar trades highly desirable but not essential
Candidates with transferable skills from labouring, landscaping, parks/gardens, trades assistant roles, or other hands‑on environments are encouraged to apply
Ability to follow instructions, work both autonomously and as part of a small team
Good level of physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Why this role stands out:
Early start roster with a 9-day fortnight, providing an additional day off each fortnight to support work-life balance. From September 2026, the team will participate in an 8-day fortnight trial, providing a four-day weekend every second week. A permanent transition to a 36.25-hour work week is planned for November 2026.
