Branch Manager | Wollongong
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety, delivering strong financial results, and achieving operational excellence. Your focus will be on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
In this key leadership role, you'll guide a dedicated team of tradespeople, customer support specialists, and administrative staff. Your ability to inspire and lead will ensure we consistently exceed service expectations, achieve business targets, and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our valued customers.
