Recruitment Specialist - White Collar

We have an excellent opportunity for a White Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton, working on an exciting large-scale Queensland project. 

The Brigalow Peaking Power Plant project is a 400-megawatt natural gas power station located in Queensland's Western Downs.  Once completed, it will be capable of delivering energy to more than 150,000 homes during peak electricity demand periods, reinforcing power system reliability and complementing renewable energy. This represents an important step in supporting Australia’s evolving energy mix, and we are proud to play a role in that future.

The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on White Collar roles in the Engineering Construction space within Monadelphous. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.

What you will bring

• Previous White Collar experience, preferably within the construction and engineering sector
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to new systems & processes
• Previous experience in the resource industry is highly regarded but not essential
• Broad working knowledge of variety of white collar roles highly regarded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with Microsoft systems including but not limited to Word, Excel & Office.
