About the role

We’re looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you’ll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you can influence how BIM is done, mentor others, and work on some genuinely interesting and complex projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire)Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplinesDrive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the teamCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashesSupport project teams during design development and documentation phasesMentor and guide junior/moderate BIM technicians and coordinatorsContribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancyStrong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecyclesExperience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projectsStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designersA proactive mindset with the confidence to lead and influence outcomes
