Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Part-Time Practice Manager to join our team, working a minimum of 20 hours per week.
We can offer flexibility around the days worked to suit the successful applicant, with the clinic operating Monday to Saturday.
This role is ideal for an experienced Veterinary Nurse looking to grow their leadership skills while remaining involved in patient care and the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
The Role Requires That You:
- Lead and support a positive, collaborative clinic culture.
- Work alongside the team as a Veterinary Nurse while balancing administrative and leadership responsibilities.
- Support the delivery of excellent patient care standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist with clinic operations, rostering and financial performance.
- Support and mentor team members to help them succeed.
- Hold a recognised qualification in Veterinary Nursing.
