The position and pay:
Business Development Manager - Full time
Perth - new location and your own private office. Up to $175,000 per year depending on skills and experience 

This is a Business Development Manager opportunity offering genuine pay up to $175,000 (with a substantial salary base component). This is only for experienced Perth based professionals who can take charge of property management inquiries and convert these with diplomacy and efficiency.  You will be supported by a team that provides you with competitive market pricing for you to offer landlords relieving you from the pressures of selling against cost.

This is a well-paid position but belongs only to the right candidate. Additional benefits are available on a performance basis if you have the ability to win new business in our well-supported environment.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT:

• Can undertake lead generation and prospecting — sourcing new business through your own property management local market research, networking with property investors, and building a referral network.

• A track record of converting leads – into signed MA’s using persuasive negotiation skills and high EQ.

• Face-to-face business development — Seek out landlord clients and investors from the agents that know them.

• Create MA proposals — create and present MA proposals to convert leads into signed management agreements.

• Market expertise — maintain an up to date understandings of the WA rental market yields to give prospective landlords the advices they come seeking from us in the first place

The applicant will be reporting only to the directors of the company and will have no responsibilities other than BDM. Qualified applicants for this position will enjoy their own dedicated personal assistant and may enjoy work from home privileges.
