Madhouse Bakehouse is on the hunt for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to keep our warehouse, delivery operations, and inventory running as smoothly as our fresh-baked products disappear from the shelves.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, jump into warehouse operations when needed, and use data to help us continuously improve.

What You'll Be Doing

🥖 Leading and supporting our warehouse and delivery teams.

🚚 Managing drivers, storepersons, and daily workflow.

📊 Reporting to the General Manager on key operational metrics, including:

• Delivery efficiency

• OTIF (On Time In Full) performance

• Productivity and operational KPIs

Overseeing inventory accuracy, stock control, and regular stocktakes.

Managing team rosters and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage.

Working closely with the broader operations team to identify improvements and drive efficiencies.

Use digital warehouse systems for order picking, stock management, and stocktaking.

Analysing warehouse and delivery data to support business decisions.

Ensuring safe, efficient, and well-organised warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics Supervisor, or similar leadership role.

• Strong people leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Confidence working with systems, reports, and operational data.

• Experience managing inventory and stocktakes.

• A continuous improvement mindset.

• Forklift Licence highly regarded.

• A sense of humour helps too. Bread puns are optional.
