This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great content isn't just about making something look good — it's about creating content that gets watched, shared, engaged with and ultimately drives motorcycle sales.
Working closely with the National General Manager, Marketing Co-Ordinator and Directors, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day creation and delivery of BENDA's visual content.
You'll be involved in everything from shooting motorcycle content and dealership videos to editing Reels, analysing performance and supporting national marketing campaigns.

Maintain a consistent visual identity across BENDA's digital channels
Keep up to date with current social media trends, formats, sounds and content styles
Organise and maintain digital media libraries and footage
Ensure content is delivered on schedule and to a high standard
You must have demonstrated professional experience with:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
Social media insights and analytics
Meta Ads Manager and Meta advertising insights
Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement and content performance
Creating content specifically designed for short-form video platforms

We're looking for someone who understands the difference between simply filming a motorcycle and creating content that makes someone stop scrolling.
A current, valid Australian open motorcycle licence is an essential requirement for this role.
You will regularly be required to ride BENDA motorcycles for content creation, photography, video shoots, demonstrations and other marketing activities.
A genuine passion and keen interest in motorcycling is highly appreciated. You don't need to be a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast, but you should be comfortable around motorcycles and genuinely interested in the products you're creating content about.
This is a professional content creation role, and applicants must have access to their own professional equipment suitable for producing publish-ready commercial content.
You will be expected to supply your own:
Professional camera — Sony A7 IV or similar
Professional lenses suitable for video and photography
Gimbal/stabiliser
Professional microphones/audio equipment
Tripod and supporting equipment
Computer/laptop capable of professional video editing
Sufficient hard drive/storage capacity for managing large volumes of 4K footage
Lighting and other equipment required to produce professional content
Other filming and production equipment reasonably required to perform the role
Applicants should be comfortable managing the entire production process from concept → filming → editing → publishing → analysing results.
Monday to Friday — 9:00am to 5:00pm
The role will occasionally require additional hours for special events, including:
Dealership launches
New motorcycle/product launches
Motorcycle events
MotoGP and major motorsport events
Promotional activations
Dealer events and customer experiences
Occasional interstate travel may be required.
We're looking for someone who is:
Creative and commercially minded
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
Confident working independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about video, photography and social media
Genuinely interested in motorcycles and the motorcycle industry
Naturally curious about what makes content perform
Able to take direction while also bringing their own creative ideas
Reliable and professional
Comfortable riding motorcycles and working at events
Focused on producing high-quality content rather than simply producing high volumes of content
Motorcycle or automotive industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
A genuine interest in motorcycles, automotive, motorsport or enthusiast brands will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will work closely with and report to:
National General Manager
Marketing Co-Ordinator
Company Directors
$70,000 per annum
Full-time position based at our flagship BENDA Moto dealership in Hawthorn, Melbourne VIC.
This is an opportunity to join BENDA Moto at an exciting stage of its Australian expansion and play a key role in establishing the brand's visual identity and digital presence nationally.
You'll have access to new motorcycles, product launches, dealership events and national campaigns, with the opportunity to create content that will be seen by a rapidly growing Australian audience.
If you're the type of person who sees a motorcycle and immediately starts thinking about how you'd shoot it, edit it and turn it into a Reel, we'd like to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and portfolio/showreel demonstrating your previous professional videography, editing and social media content work.
Applications without examples of previous work may not be considered.
