Graphic Designer

Are you passionate about bringing brands to life through bold visuals and motion? Retail Food Group (RFG) is looking for a Graphic Designer to create impactful designs and animations that elevate our multi-brand portfolio across print, digital, and in-store experiences!

You’ll play a key role in designing creative assets and visual materials that bring our brands to life — with a focus on Brumby’s Bakery as well as our other iconic brands.

This position is full time based in our Robina Head Office location, with a mix of office/WFH arrangements available.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design engaging visual assets across print, digital, packaging, and in-store displays.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Digital teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver on creative objectives.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritise briefs, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Liaise with suppliers, printers, and digital partners to ensure high-quality and technically sound output.
• Contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and studio meetings.
• Maintain brand consistency, organised file management, and adherence to legal and accessibility standards.
• Stay across emerging design, animation, and AI tools—sharing new ideas and contributing to a positive, solutions-focused creative culture.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven designer who brings creativity, technical skill, and storytelling together seamlessly. You’ll have a strong eye for layout, motion, and brand consistency, with proven experience designing across both print and digital platforms. A natural collaborator, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment—balancing creative flair with commercial understanding to deliver work that inspires, engages, and drives results.

You’ll also bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Motion Design, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in a graphic or motion design role—agency, in-house, or freelance.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Nice to have motion/3D tools such as After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D.
• Proven ability to design across print and digital with strong layout, visual storytelling, and brand alignment skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both static and animated work across multiple formats.
• Solid understanding of print production, colour management, and screen specifications.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience using collaboration tools such as Monday.com or Asana.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced studio.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, or QSR environments (highly regarded).
• A passion for creating designs that not only look great—but drive engagement and customer conversion.
