LFA First Response is an Australian-owned wholesale medical supplier, providing first aid kits, pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to healthcare professionals and businesses across the country. With over 1,000 products in stock and a reputation for fast, reliable dispatch, we're looking for a reliable, detail-focused Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Opportunity

As our Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key role in making sure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in getting the details right and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive warehouse team.

What You’ll Do

• Pick items from warehouse locations against orders, checking product, quantity and expiry/batch where required.

• Pack orders securely and appropriately, including fragile and bulk items.

• Label and prepare packages ready for courier or freight collection.

• Check stock for damage or discrepancies and flag issues with the Warehouse Manager.

• Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock.

• Take part in stocktakes and cycle counts

• Keep your work area clean, tidy and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, pick-pack or distribution experience preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person

• A careful, detail-focused approach

• Reliable and punctual

• Physically able to stand, walk, bend and lift stock for the duration of a shift

• A team player who's happy to pitch in during busy periods
