• Conduct quality assessments of incoming and outgoing products against customer specifications and required quality standards.
• Perform compliance checks in accordance with customer specifications, internal procedures and relevant standards.
• Conduct daily product retention, end-of-shelf-life (EOSL) and shelf-life assessments.
• Complete regular site GMP checks to support compliance with GMP, HACCP and food safety requirements.
• Deliver GMP training and guidance to Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) and other relevant staff.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date Quality Assurance documentation.
• Conduct and accurately record daily cool room temperature checks.
• Identify, report and escalate any issues relating to quality, technical principles, protocols or processes.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and other relevant activities as required.
• Proactively identify opportunities and recommend solutions to improve team performance and operational processes.
• Manage assigned tasks and priorities in a professional, organised and timely manner.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing stock to ensure all required quality standards and customer specifications are met.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to safely perform the inherent physical requirements of the role, including repeated manual handling of loads up to 15–20 kg at heights between floor and shoulder level, with or without reasonable adjustment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with a methodical and structured approach to work.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing tasks in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Practical knowledge and experience working within an operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and building effective professional relationships.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with an optimistic approach to work.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a strong willingness to learn, develop and support the development of others.
• Ability to work autonomously while remaining flexible and collaborative, including flexibility around working hours when required.
