As an Area Manager, you’ll partner closely with fellow Area Managers, Store Managers and State Visual Merchandisers, while driving sales performance, operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of stores, build engaged and high-performing teams, execute retail strategy and deliver strong commercial outcomes across your region.

How you will spend your day:

• Build High-Performing Teams – Attract and develop top talent. Coach Store Managers to lead with confidence, accountability and care
• Lift Brand Standards – Ensure exceptional visual merchandising, store presentation and consistent execution across every location
• Champion the Customer – Drive a service-first culture and create warm, inspiring spaces our customers love to shop in
• Drive Operational Excellence – Align stores to key priorities, monitor performance, leading with structure and impact
• Collaborate to Win – Connect your stores with Support Office, share insights and work cross-functionally to deliver results

About You:

• Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership, ideally in a home, fashion or lifestyle environment
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales, KPIs and operational performance
• Passion for coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and retaining top talent
• Ability to assess store environments and coach teams for improved execution and service delivery
• Excellent communication, planning and time management skills
• High attention to detail and an appreciation for brand presentation and styling
• Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable managing competing priorities
