Senior People Experience Partner - Culture, Diversity and Inclusion

About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior People Experience  Partner on a 12 month fixed term basis to lead our Culture, Diversity & Inclusion stream and help shape an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.  

As the Senior People Experience Partner you will play a strategic role in designing, delivering and evaluating initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement, inclusion, and recognition. Working within an integrated team of Senior People Experience Partners, you will lead organisation-wide programs that embed BPC's values and diversity commitments into everyday experiences, ensuring our people feel connected, supported and empowered to perform at their best. 

Drawing on contemporary organisational development practices, employee insights, data analytics and human-centred design principles, you will help build a high-performing, inclusive and values‑aligned BPC. 

What we are looking for: 

• A strategic People Experience professional with demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, or related people functions. 

• A skilled design and delivery lead who can develop and implement organisation-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, embed values, and create inclusive and meaningful employee experiences. 

• A data-driven problem solver with the ability to analyse employee insights, workforce data and organisational trends to inform strategy, measure impact and drive continuous improvement. 

• An influential relationship builder who can partner effectively with leaders and stakeholders at all levels, provide trusted advice, and facilitate positive organisational change. 

• A collaborator with strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.. 

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field are desirable. 

• ​​Accreditation in psychometric tools such as the Saville Wave, LEA 360, Gallup Strengths, HBDI would be highly regarded.​

About the BPC 

The Building & Plumbing Commission (BPC) is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.  

It supports the growing Victorian community through the developments of harms-based regulation that is proactive and informed by data and intelligence. The BPC regulates for better consumer outcomes and is committed to safety, compliance and buildings that last. 

The BPC's aim is to improve the experience for consumers in the building system by overseeing all aspects of building quality control - regulation, insurance and dispute resolution. The BPC aspires to be a leading and trusted regulator, emphasising consumer outcomes, clear communication with practitioners, efficient processes, and a commitment to public interest 

The BPC brings key regulatory, dispute resolution, and insurance functions related to the building and plumbing industry together under one roof, streamlining the process for consumers and industry, and enabling the regulator to have oversight of all complaints so they can be handled more effectively and efficiently.
