The Role: Outbound Coordinator 

As our Outbound Coordinator, you’ll be a key support to the Outbound leadership team, leading by example on the warehouse floor while helping drive team performance, training, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting others and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Located on-site at our Eagle Farm Distribution centre.

In this role, you’ll be helping to: 

• Consistently meet and exceed daily picking, packing and dispatch targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy
• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, setting the standard for performance, accountability, and teamwork.
• Support the onboarding and training of new and existing team members.
• Assist in coordinating daily workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Champion safe work practices and uphold WHS standards across the warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance.
• Support the wider Outbound leadership team with operational priorities and projects as required.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused team culture.

• Has previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment, or distribution environment.
• Leads by example and enjoys supporting and developing others.

• Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise effectively.
