About the Role

Your tasks will include:

• Has strong cocktail knowledge and can confidently prepare both classics and house creations.

• Delivers consistent, high-quality drinks and service.

• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

About You

• Previous experience in a premium or high-volume restaurant environment

• RSA certification (essential)

• Confident, professional, and guest-focused approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
