Forklift Operators - Permanent Full-Time

We're expanding our high-performing cold storage operation in Wacol and are on the lookout for motivated Forklift Operators who want long-term stability AND the chance to advance within a national food manufacturing leader.

• Operate LF forklifts and LO order pickers to pick and move stock with accuracy and care

• Use EPJs and RF scanners to keep workflows smooth and efficient

• Maintain high standards in a cold storage FMCG environment

• Work closely with supportive teammates to achieve daily goals

• Assist with dock operations including loading/unloading trucks and containers

• Complete standard pre-employment and safety checks

• Current LF Forklift Licence (must-have)

• LO Order Picker Licence (Highly desired)

• Experience in cold storage or FMCG (highly valued!)

• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Unlimited working rights in Australia

• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach
