Exceed Industries is seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. The successful applicant will be involved in the fabrication, assembly, and finishing of a wide range of sheet metal products, working from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Mark out, cut, fold, roll, and fabricate sheet metal components.

• Operate fabrication equipment.

• Perform welding and assembly of fabricated components where required.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and company standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and deadlines.

• Trade qualification in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Boilermaking, or relevant industry experience.

• 5-10 years experience highly regarded.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Experience operating sheet metal fabrication machinery.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward safety.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• MIG/TIG welding experience essential.

• Forklift licence.

• Experience in stainless steel mild steel and aluminium fabrication.
