Chef de Partie - Camden Valley Inn

Camden Valley Inn boasts a memorable family-friendly atmosphere in our multitude of spaces including a large alfresco dining precinct, multiple bars, dedicated conference and wedding function space, pizzeria, children's sanctuary complemented by our 4-star accommodation facilities.

We are looking for a Chef de partie who has a strong restaurant and pubs background coupled with experience in preparing and executing food for over 1000 people.

Grill experince is a must.

You will be comfortable working under pressure and can multi-task for the preparation of of the bistro menu.

You're highly flexible as this role will be predominately weekends and shifts may change according to the need. Additionally you have access to reliable transport and are well presented.

Experience working in a high volume restaurants or clubs is preferred.
