This is an exciting opportunity to act as the hotel representative within Eva's Restaurant to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

About the role

We are looking for an exceptionally talented and diverse Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role requires availability for PM shifts to supervise the delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our inhouse and public guests with an in-depth knowledge of managing dietary requirements. 

About you

• Previous experience in Hospitality is essential.

• Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Confident and has the ability to work unsupervised.

• Strong communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
