About the role
Aspect Tree Management is an award winning and market-leading specialist that manages open space trees for local government and commercial clients throughout Melbourne and across Victoria.
Due to new contracts we have a hybrid position available for a motivated arborist to perform ESI EWP and Inspecting Arborist / Scoping operations on our tree management contracts and projects based from our depot in Boronia, working in the Banyule LGA in Victoria.
Ideally you will have previous field experience as a team leader in the arboriculture industry, including in ESI environments, you have an understanding of contract management, resource allocation, and the physical onsite aspects of job and are looking to grow your career in some "off the tools" areas of the industry.

Key responsibilities
Coordination of working crews in the field as a team leader.
Pre and post work inspections and auditing of trees.
Uphold a high-standard of safety and quality across the contracts and conduct safety and quality audits.
Be flexible in working between on tools and auditing portions of the role.
About you
Excellent practical knowledge of arboriculture and experience in the field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in tree inspections and data entry
Well-developed time management and organisational skills
Experienced in following strong safety, environment and quality standards in the arboriculture industry and ESI environments
Demonstrated IT skills across multiple relevant platforms with ability to learn new ones.

Certificate III or greater in Arboriculture
Remuneration for this role will include
Hourly rate based on experience, plus superannuation, plus bonuses
20 days paid annual leave, 10 days paid personal leave
