Company Operated Store Manger - Service Station/ Convenience Store

We're looking for a high-performing Store Manager to lead one of our Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) X Convenience sites.

A minimum of 1-2 years retail management experience is required for this Store Manager position.

In this role, you will take full ownership of site performance, leading your team to deliver strong commercial results, safe operations, and a great customer experience.

Experience managing medium-sized teams of 6-15 people is essential for this leadership role.

You will be responsible for driving outcomes across fuel, shop, and food while ensuring consistent execution of standards and compliance requirements.

Fuel industry experience is preferred but not required for this role.

What you will do

• Deliver sales, margin, and profitability targets across fuel, shop, and food

• Lead and develop your team to drive strong performance and customer experience

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure full compliance with safety and food standards

• Execute store standards, merchandising, and promotions consistently

• Manage labour, rostering, and costs to support site profitability

• Identify performance gaps and take action to improve outcomes

• Manage stock, waste, and inventory to drive efficiency

• Ensure accurate pricing execution and compliance

• Maintain high standards of site presentation and cleanliness

• Coordinate maintenance and ensure timely resolution of site issues
