We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Leasing Associate to join our commercial division. Whether you're coming from residential real estate or another sales environment, this is your chance to step into a career-defining role in commercial property.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants

• Prospect for new business and manage your own pipeline of leads

• Prepare and execute marketing strategies for commercial sales and leasing listings

• Negotiate deals and support clients through the end-to-end transaction process

• Work closely with directors to grow your profile and position in the market

• A current QLD Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)

• Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to pitch and present

• Experience in real estate, business development or high-value sales

• A growth mindset and proactive approach to learning and leadership

• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence

• Commercial or residential sales experience

• Knowledge of Brisbane’s south-east commercial markets

• Experience with CRM tools and database systems
