The Company

Our client is transforming the way airline products and services are delivered through a major retailing and operational modernisation program. This initiative will reshape customer and operational capabilities and requires experienced testing leadership to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Test Lead or emerging Test Manager to take ownership of a critical testing stream within a complex aviation transformation. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing testing activities while ensuring quality standards are achieved throughout the program lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute testing strategies and plansLead SIT, Integration Testing and UAT activitiesCoordinate testing teams across business and technology functionsDrive defect triage, test governance and quality reviewsManage risks, issues and dependencies across the testing lifecycleSupport release readiness and deployment activitiesProvide clear reporting on testing progress, quality outcomes and risksWork closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are validated

What Our Client Requires15+ years of aviation testing and quality assurance experienceProven experience testing airline booking, reservation, retailing or customer servicing platformsStrong understanding of Passenger Service Systems (PSS)Experience leading SIT, UAT and Integration Testing streamsExperience working within airline, aviation technology or travel technology environmentsStrong stakeholder management and leadership capabilitiesExperience using Jira, ALM, Zephyr or similar testing toolsExperience working within Agile or Hybrid delivery environments
