About the role
Join the Jetstar team at a pivotal moment in our history as we embark on a new era of low fares travel. As we emerge from the pandemic, the outlook for our domestic and international flying is very strong and our teams are excited to welcome our new A321LR Neo’s as we continue on our mission to offer all day, every day low fares so more people can fly to more places, more often.
As the Operations Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of that operation, leading critical decisions, driving operational performance, and developing a high-performing team within the Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC).
This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of the flying programme. You'll lead teams through real-time operational challenges, influence outcomes across the network, and play a significant role in building the capability of current and future operational leaders.
We're looking for a leader first and foremost. While strong operational knowledge is essential, success in this role will come from your ability to inspire others, develop talent, create accountability and foster a high-performance culture.
