Junior Asset Finance Analyst / Asset Loan Processor

About the role

We're looking for a Junior Finance Analyst/ Loan Processor to play a key role in turning applications into settled deals. You'll take asset finance applications directly from clients as well as those referred by our brokers, structure and submit them to our panel of lenders, and manage each deal through to approval and settlement- keeping everyone in the loop along the way. Key responsibilities

• Receive and review asset finance applications handed over by our brokers

• Prepare and submit loan applications to our panel of lenders

• Liaise with lenders to negotiate terms and secure the best outcome for each client

• Manage applications through to approval and settlement

• Keep brokers and clients updated throughout the process

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM system

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with our lender panel

About you

• Some experience in finance, banking, lending, or a related administrative/customer service role (asset finance experience highly regarded but not essential — we'll train the right person)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially under time pressure

• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising directly with lenders and internal stakeholders

• Able to juggle multiple applications and deadlines at once

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in finance

• Good computer literacy; CRM experience a bonus
