About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in Woolloongabba.
This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s debtor accounts to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient collection of revenue. You will play a key role within the Accounts Receivable function, supporting the development of Accounts Receivable Officers while maintaining strong financial controls, managing key client relationships, and providing reporting and analysis that drives continuous improvement across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts receivable professional who enjoys combining operational excellence with leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role.
Demonstrated experience managing high-volume invoicing and debtor ledgers.
Experience leading or mentoring team members within a finance environment.
Strong understanding of debt recovery, reconciliations, customer account management, and contract claims.
Experience using Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
