We are seeking a passionate and motivated Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Canberra, ACT.
About The Role
As a Psychologist at ESA, you will play a key role in supporting children, adolescents, and their families through high-quality assessment and intervention services. Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment, you will have the opportunity to build strong clinical skills while making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments for:Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)Intellectual Developmental DisordersOther developmental, behavioural, and emotional concernsDeliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needsDevelop, implement, and review client-centred goals alongside families and key stakeholdersPrepare high-quality clinical reports and maintain accurate documentationCollaborate with allied health professionals, educators, support coordinators, and community partnersSupport children and young people aged 2 to 18 years to enhance participation, independence, and wellbeingContribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative team culture

About You
You are a compassionate, client-focused psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, young people, and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Tertiary qualification in PsychologyCurrent General Registration with AHPRAExperience conducting assessments and delivering therapeutic interventionsStrong communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skillsCurrent Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or willingness to obtain)NDIS Worker Screening CheckNational Police CheckCurrent Driver's Licence and access to a fully insured vehicle
Desirable
Experience working with children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditionsADOS-2 and/or MIGDAS training and experienceExperience within multidisciplinary, disability, or community-based settingsKnowledge of the NDIS environment
