About the role

Evelyn Faye Nutrition is seeking a Graduate Naturopath/Nutritionist-Retail to join our team in Melbourne VIC 3000. This is a full-time position that combines your passion for natural health and nutrition with retail expertise. As a graduate practitioner, you will be at the forefront of helping customers discover products and services that support their wellness journey. This role is essential to our mission of providing expert guidance and high-quality nutritional products to our community, bridging the gap between professional health consultation and accessible retail experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Providing expert advice to customers on nutritional products, supplements, and natural health solutions based on their individual health goals and concerns

• Assisting customers in selecting appropriate naturopathic and nutritional products that align with their wellness objectives

• Applying your knowledge of nutrition and naturopathy to educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and usage

• Processing customer transactions accurately and maintaining excellent customer service standards

• Managing stock levels, organising product displays, and ensuring the retail environment is clean, welcoming, and well-presented

• Building positive customer relationships and encouraging repeat business through personalised service

• Staying informed about new products, industry trends, and nutritional research to provide up-to-date recommendations

• Collaborating with team members to create a supportive and professional retail environment

• Following health and safety regulations, company policies, and professional standards in all interactions

What we're looking for

• Recent graduate or qualification in Naturopathy, Nutritionism, or a related natural health discipline

• Strong knowledge of nutritional science, dietary supplements, and natural health products

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex health concepts in an accessible way

• Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their nutritional goals

• Retail experience or customer service background

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently manage tasks

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanour

• Willingness to learn about products and continuously develop your professional knowledge

• Preferred: any additional qualifications or certifications in nutrition, wellness coaching, or complementary health therapies
