About the role
Are you looking for a meaningful career where you can make a difference every day? Do you have your Medium Rigid licence (or higher) already? Transdev Queensland is looking for motivated individuals to join our Capalaba-based team as a Bus Driver. Capalaba is a suburb located in the Redland City area, about 20-25 km east-southeast of Brisbane CBD with a typical travel time of around 35 minutes by car.

Once qualified, you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, reliable, and sustainable bus services, including urban routes, school services, and rail replacement operations. Our next training program for new Bus Drivers starts on Monday, 14 September 2026.
