The opportunity
We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor to support our Northern Territory and Far North Queensland (NT/FNQ) sites.
As our new HSE Advisor, you will deliver HSE services to our Darwin site and within the NT/FNQ region, providing practical and technical advice to a diverse range of stakeholders. A strong emphasis of your role will be on education, coaching, and training that builds capability, supports informed decision making, and promotes shared accountability for safety.
Working independently across multiple sites, you will identify risks and opportunities for improvement, advise on complex HSE matters, and lead the development and implementation of strategic safety initiatives. You will also play a critical role in supporting facility-based health and safety management across the region.
Please note, travel within your region (including to FNQ sites) is a core part of the role.

Salary: AU$100k - AU$113k pa + 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Indefinite, Full-time
Flexible work arrangements available, including hybrid working up to 2 days per fortnight
