About the role
Hong’s Asian Kitchen is looking for an experienced Wok Chef to join our busy takeaway kitchen.
Key responsibilities:
Cook Chinese dishes using a high-powered wok
Prepare and organise ingredients for service
Maintain consistent food quality and portion sizes
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Keep the kitchen and wok station clean and organised
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a team
What we’re looking for:
Previous wok cooking experience required
Fast, reliable and able to work under pressure
Good teamwork and communication
Available for evening and weekend shifts
Casual position which can lead to Full Time | Carrum Downs
