Job Summary

Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart W SydneyOpen and hold doors for all guestsAssist guests with luggage and/or direct Wheels Attendant accordinglyManage the flow of vehicles, taxis, and valet services at the entranceMonitor and report any suspicious or unusual activity to Security or ManagementProvide guests with directions or basic information about the hotel and nearby attractionsCoordinate with Welcome Desk, Concierge, Wheels and Security to ensure smooth operationsMaintain a clean, tidy, and safe entrance area including Ground Floor seating areaAssist with special requests or VIP guests as neededRepresent W Sydney by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and great hospitality at all timesPromote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and ethical standards at all times. Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are logged and followed up in a timely and professional manner.
