About the role
We are seeking expressions of interest from those looking to join the QRL our Community Rugby League team as a Club Support Coordinator.
We need someone with an operational understanding of rugby league not just a passion for the on-field action. To us, Rugby League is more than a game. At the QRL, you’ll help unite and inspire people through lifelong engagement in Rugby League. Working from community clubs to elite level, you’ll champion this remarkable game, and its impact on Queenslanders everywhere.
What you’ll do on a day-to-day:
As our Club Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for building capacity in leagues, clubs, schools and communities. You’ll ensure the efficient operational delivery of Rugby League, the creation of a positive environment for players of all ages and abilities to enjoy the game, and growth in participation numbers. What you’ll bring to the role:
ROLE SPECS
This is a permanent full-time position. The salary for this position is $73,510 plus superannuation. QRL remunerate based on the position requirements to ensure gender pay equity in sport. We offer 4 weeks annual leave and 1 week of refresh leave throughout the season as well as hybrid working arrangements.
We adhere to the highest standards of child safeguarding. All applicants must hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or be eligible to obtain one upon commencement. In addition, as part of moving through the recruitment process applicants must be willing to undergo all relevant probity checks, which may include reference checks, employment history verification, identity confirmation, criminal history checks, and other assessments as required.
