Oxford is seeking passionate and experienced Sales Brand Ambassadors to join and contribute the the Oxford Brand success.

About The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for contributing in maximising store performance through strong sales, visual excellence and exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced Airport environment. Oxford Apparel is looking for Part Sales Ambassadors to join our Sydney Airport team. Availability during the week preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming, engaging, and assisting customers throughout their shopping experience

·       Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend styles, sizes, and outfit solutions

·       Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets

·       Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines

·       Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale

·       Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally

·       Support stock management, including replenishment, stock takes, and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house

·       Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment

·       Stay up to date with current promotions, product launches, and company initiatives

·       Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset at all times
