Reporting directly to our Head of Retail,you will lead the retailnetwork through our Zone Managers and Store Managers.

As an AssistantNational Retail Manager,you'll play a critical role in shapingthe success of our business. You'll coach Zone Managers, develop future leaders, drive sales growth, and build a high-performance culture that delivers results. Your job is to build winning teams.

As an Assistant National Sales Manager,you'll own the retail performance across sales, people, operations, and customer experience.

You'll:

• Lead the sales, gross profit, labour productivity and overall performance of our retail network
• Coach, mentor and developZone Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
• Build a culture where accountability, ownershipand winning become the standard.
• Turn business insights into action that improves sales and customerexperience.
• Champion our 12V category, ensuring teams have the productknowledge, confidence, and selling capability to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
• Drive Click & Collectgrowth through operational excellence and customerengagement.
• Recruit, develop and retainexceptional talent while creating clear career pathways.
• Partner with leaders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance,IT and People & Culture to deliver business priorities.
