Public Area Cleaners (Part-Time)

Challenger Services Group is seeking Part-Time Public Area Cleaners to join our hospitality team at one of Sydney's leading 5-star hotels. You'll play a vital role in ensuring public spaces are immaculate, safe, and ready to welcome guests.

Available Shifts: Flexible Daytime or Overnight Shifts Available

Location: Sydney CBD, NSW

As a Public Area Cleaner, you'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of hotel lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms, and guest-facing public areas.
• Ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and maintained to five-star standards.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Assisting with the overall appearance and guest experience of the hotel.
• Working closely with housekeeping and hotel management teams.
• Following all workplace safety, cleaning, and operational procedures.
• Delivering exceptional attention to detail throughout every shift.

You'll be someone who:

• Takes pride in maintaining high cleaning and presentation standards.
• Has previous cleaning, housekeeping, public area, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential).
• Enjoys working independently while also contributing to a team environment.
• Is reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Has flexibility to work day, overnight, weekend, and public holiday shifts as required.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
