Sailmaker - A large, 272-seat dining destination, Sailmaker offers a truly local dining experience, serving an expansive buffet breakfast and indulgent La Carte Seafarer Dinner offering.

Zephyr Sky Bar - outdoor rooftop bar with unrivalled views of Darling Harbour. Specialising in signature cocktails and holding one of Sydney’s most extensive spirit lists.

Conference & Events - with two spacious ballrooms with views of Darling Harbour and 22 additional meeting rooms catering to variety of settings including corporate meetings, gala dinners, weddings and other exciting celebrations and occasions.

Lobby Bar - Located in the heart of the hotel, Lobby Lounge offers a place for old friends and new to connect and relax. This venue is an intimate, casual and elegant space, which pays homage to the harbour side location of the hotel.

Our ideal candidate will:

Previous experience in a similar 5 star environment Bartending and barista skills are highly desired (all-rounder) A professional demeanour, with a customer centric work ethic An ability to thrive under pressure and work in a high paced environment Excellent presentation and grooming Can work both autonomously and collaboratively Full working rights in Australia, with Availability to work a flexible roster (including daytime, evening and weekend shifts) A current NSW RSA
