We're looking for a motivated, reliable and hands-on Junior Accessory Fitter / Workshop Assistant to join our growing team. No previous fitting experience is required; we'll provide full training to the right person.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a positive attitude and wants to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting experienced accessory fitters with vehicle installations.
• Preparing vehicles for fitment.
• Installing premium ute accessories as your skills develop.
• Using hand and power tools safely.
• Keeping the workshop clean, organised and efficient.
• Learning our products, procedures and quality standards.
• Working as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For

• 18 years of age or older.
• A genuine interest in cars, 4WDs or the automotive industry.
• Mechanically minded with good practical skills.
• Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Current Australian driver's licence is preferred.

Advantageous but Not Essential

• Experience using hand or power tools.
• Previous workshop, warehouse or trade assistant experience.
• Basic computer skills.
